Important Points while doing Safari Booking Online
  • Mention all informations correctly as per the Govt. ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport) during filling the details of Travellers for Safari booking. Wrong information leads to invalidation of Safari.
  • Details of each traveller is mandatory for safari booking. As per govt. rule, once Safari booking is done and permit is issued, nothing can be edited or changed in the permit in anyway.
  • For Foreign Nationals, Passport is required for doing safari booking.
  • Safari booking is Non Cancellable / Non Refundable / Non Transferable / Non Modifiable.
  • Jeep Safari Zone will be provided as per availability. Visitors can call or WhatsApp on our contact details to confirm the availability of preferred zones.
  • Pench National Park falls in two states, therefore, charges of safaris are different as per the state, zones, weekdays, weekends, timings etc.
  • In case safari is not booked due to any technical error or unavailability, the paid amount will be refunded to the bank account.
  • Visitors must carry soft copy of Safari Permit or Safari Booking Vouchers at the time of Safari.
  • Visitors must carry soft copy of ID Proof during safari which is used at the time of making the online safari booking.
  • Safaris are conducted only in Government Registered Open Gypsy. In a Jeep, only 6 adults with 2 Kids up to 5 Years are allowed.
  • Pick-up/Drop service from Resort to Safari zone is provided on additional charges as per distance and safari association rules.
  • Zone and Gate are same in Pench National Park. Therefore, visitors have to reach at the zone mentioned in the Permit or Safari Booking Voucher.
  • It is advised to report 15-20 minutes prior to safari time at the zone to complete the formalities before entering the forest for safari.
  • Wear light-coloured and breathable clothes during safari. Visitors can carry caps, water bottles, sunglasses for safari.

Rules & Regulations for Safari in Pench National Park
  • Routes of Safari are decided by the govt. Hence, it cannot be changed or modified as per the visitors

  • At a time, only one zone can be covered in the safari as per the time duration provided by govt. Same safari permits cannot be used to enter other safari zones.

  • If due to any incident like fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war etc. the safari booking will be changed or cancelled as per the orders of the concerned govt. authorities in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Visitors are requested to support in such situation.

  • The forest department is solely responsible for changing time, increase in permit charges, jeep charges, guide charges or cancellation of safari. The decision of the forest department is considered to be full and final.

  • Guides and Jeeps are allotted as per the govt. rotation system and thus cannot be changed.

  • All safaris are accompanied by trained govt. guides.

  • Gadgets such as Radio, Tape Recorder, Whistle etc. are strictly prohibited in the forest. Also, making loud noise, using flash for taking pictures inside the jungle are not allowed.

  • Getting out of the Jeep is not allowed at the time of Safari. Visitors will be punished by the authorities for such acts.

  • Feeding and disturbing animals is prohibited.

  • Throwing any trash or plastic bottles in the jungle is prohibited and punishable.
